The good news for me is that I am pretty healthy person.  I drink 100 ounces of water every day, eat 3-5 cups of veggies and huge helpings of greens daily and I am an active yogi (this is more recent, but I like attaching this to my description).  I also have been responsible and consistent with my skincare regimen.  I never, ever go to bed without cleansing and moisturizing and I put good quality products on my face.

Here are my list of concerns; crow’s feet – they aren’t terrible, but they will inevitably get worse,  small areas of sun damage (freckling) and overall skin color – I want the GLOW!

So, today I take the plunge.  I am going to have my very first Laser 360 treatment.  http://enfusemedspas.com/service/laser-360/  Am I nervous?  Yep.  Really, I am only a small bit nervous simply because it is a new experience.  However, because I work closely with Enfuse  and the medical aestheticians at Enfuse, I have total confidence in this Laser 360 procedure.  What I do know though is that many people might also be nervous which is why I thought I should write a blog post about my own personal experience in hopes of putting others minds at ease.
